Post-Combustion Carbon Capture

MHI possesses full in-house capability and experience to design, manufacture and integrate all of the key equipment required for a conventional power plant with carbon capture and storage facility.

Such equipment includes the power generation island - steam turbine, boiler and generator plus environmental systems such as selective catalytic reduction apparatus (SCR), electrostatic precipitators (EP), flue gas desulphurisation units (FGD) and the carbon capture and compression equipment.
